Requirements

  • Manage and optimize proposals using Proposify, ensuring accuracy, speed, and brand consistency
  • Create and maintain sales visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal graphics
  • Perform routine website content updates and manage approved sales assets
  • Support short-form video and social media content for sales and events
  • Coordinate events and tradeshows, including timelines, materials, and on-site support
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines
