Role OverviewReporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Technology Manager oversees the design, optimization, integration, and management of our digital marketing technology ecosystem. This individual will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to multiple teams throughout the organization to help them leverage technology in order to streamline operations and focus on growth.
What You Will Do
Own and evolve the Marketing Automation ecosystem, manage vendor relationships, contracts, and platform performance, track AI developments, establish and enforce governance policies for marketing data, and translate marketing strategies into workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing operations, business administration, digital marketing, or communications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing platforms, including automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience applying AI tools to Marketing operations or Martech work
- Experience managing personalization technologies
- Strong understanding of analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking across Martech solutions
