Job Description
The Marketing & Volunteer Coordinator supports YWCA Utah's public presence and community engagement by managing day-to-day marketing and communications activities alongside the recruitment, coordination, and stewardship of our volunteer programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, volunteer coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Comfortable managing social media platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort learning new software and database systems.
  • Genuine commitment to YWCA Utah's mission and values around racial and gender equity.
