Role OverviewThe Marketplace, Wholesale & ITAD Sales Lead will drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels while developing scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and creating revenue.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow sales across online marketplaces, develop and grow relationships with wholesalers, and acquire used technology assets. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketplace sales, eCommerce management, Wholesale distribution, Mobile device sales, Consumer electronics, Wireless industry, ITAD or reverse logistics
- Demonstrated track record of generating revenue and achieving sales goals
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience managing and growing a Shopify storefront
- Experience leveraging Shopify analytics and reporting tools to make data-driven business decisions
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business reporting tools
