Job Description
The MarTech Data & Incubation Analyst leads the design, development, and deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytical models, rapid experimentation, and early-stage validation in support of UPS's Martech and Incubation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Convert loosely defined concepts into structured hypotheses, POCs, and test plans.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and MarTech teams to assess feasibility, data requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Lead rapid experimentation cycles to validate desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Define early product requirements, success metrics, and recommendations for scale.
  • Maintain organizational awareness of emerging trends in LLMs, agentic AI, automation, and personalization.
  • Ensure responsible AI experimentation in partnership with privacy, governance, and legal stakeholders.
  • Distill complex findings into clear insights and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
