What You Will Do
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, and our SMS Platform. Perform campaign analysis to assess performance, uncover insights, and make recommendations for optimization.

Requirements
- Ability to work and report to the Indianapolis office five days per week
- Basic understanding of consumer engagement efforts
- Knowledge of data tables, object, fields, and data integrity
- Basic knowledge of email, SMS, and push notifications
- Exposure to Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales / Service Cloud, Trailhead)
- Organized and highly self-motivated
