Role OverviewReporting to the Director of Food Services, the Mashgiach maintains direct supervision of all operations that impact on compliance with kosher dietary laws, including but not limited to, inventory, food production, preparation, assembly delivery and pick up of food trays. The Mashgiach is responsible for cooking and preparing Kosher food for all meals in the Kosher kitchen.
