Role OverviewThe Mashgiach maintains direct supervision of all operations that impact on compliance with kosher dietary laws, including inventory, food production, preparation, assembly, delivery, and pick up of food trays. The Mashgiach is responsible for cooking and preparing Kosher food for all meals in the Kosher kitchen.
What You Will Do
Cook and prepare Kosher food for all meals in the Kosher kitchen, maintain direct supervision of all operations that impact on compliance with kosher dietary laws.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to cook and prepare food, have at least two (2) years of experience as a Mashgiach in a hotel, food establishment or institutional setting, and be a Yeshiva graduate.
