Role OverviewJoin our Amazon Flex Driver Mass Arbitration team to contribute to public service through private practice. The position is expected to last at least a year and may be renewed depending on the litigation status.
What You Will Do
Lead all stages of the arbitrations, including motions practice, discovery, hearing preparation, and final hearings in arbitration.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong litigation experience is preferred but not required. Attorneys will work remotely and may work in offices in Washington, D.C.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience, preferably including litigation (civil or criminal) and/or government investigations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must reside in Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, or Virginia.
- Must also be an active member of the state bar in which the applicant will work or reside or be an active member of the state bar of California, Illinois, or Massachusetts.
