Role OverviewWork as a Massage Therapist at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, delivering massage therapy and bodywork services to guests. The role involves managing treatments, performing various massage techniques, and creating a nurturing experience.
What You Will Do
Perform massage techniques, learn treatments specific to Miraval, and work with various product lines. Must be able to perform 6-7 hours of hands-on massage during a scheduled shift.

Requirements
- Current Texas State Massage Therapy license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- Ability to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard modalities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment
- Ability to perform a variety of 20/50/75/80/100-minute services with clean up times varying from 10 minutes to 20 minutes depending on service length
- Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Current CPR/First Aid certificate or ability to receive this certificate within 1 month of hire
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Minimum of two years of experience in massage therapy at a resort/destination spa or day spa
- Friday-Monday availability
