Role OverviewWork as a Massage Therapist at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, delivering massage therapy and bodywork services to guests. Manage time effectively, solve problems, and communicate with colleagues. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of massage techniques, learn treatments specific to Miraval, and provide a nurturing experience to guests. Work with clean up times varying from 10 minutes to 20 minutes depending on service length.

Requirements
- Current Texas State Massage Therapy license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- Ability to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard modalities
- Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills
- Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment
- Capacity to perform 6 to 7 hours of hands-on massage during a scheduled shift
- Possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or can receive this certificate within 1 month of hire
- A professional demeanor and appearance
- Minimum of two years of experience in massage therapy at a resort/destination spa or day spa
- Friday - Monday availability is required
