Role OverviewThe Massage Therapist is responsible for providing massage services to members and guests within the club, delivering a personalized and rejuvenating experience. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of various massage techniques and the ability to skillfully manipulate the body's soft tissues and joints through appropriate pressure application. This role will contribute to creating a tranquil and relaxing environment that enhances the overall wellness experience for our members.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, hot stone, sports, tailored to member/guest needs. Provide consultations to members/guests to understand their needs, preferences, and recommend appropriate aftercare. Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all members/guests, delivering outstanding customer service. Keep accurate records of member/guest preferences and history for future reference.

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a resort, country club, or high-end spa and a minimum of 1 year of experience in various massage techniques. You have a valid state massage therapy license or certification and strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized massage therapy program from an accredited institution
- A valid state massage therapy license or certification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a resort, country club, or high-end spa
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly in relation to soft tissue manipulation
