Role OverviewThe Massage Therapist- Spa will be responsible for ongoing coordination within the Spa Department, providing massage services to every guest according to Encore Service Standards. This includes maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members, and maximizing opportunities for departmental success.
What You Will Do
Deliver and maintain a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in stressful and high-pressure situations. Perform all regular and seasonal massage services offered on the menu, consistently follow massage treatment protocols, and modify treatments within guidelines based on guests' individual needs.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or above
- High school or equivalent degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years massage therapy and customer service experience in a demanding high-volume luxury spa or resort environment
- Registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Conversational English required, second language a plus
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
