Role OverviewThe Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist manages master data, work instruction documentation, customer specifications, BOMs, RMAs, customer returns, and record-retention activities. The position ensures accuracy, revision control, timely processing, and proper management of data and documentation, while supporting internal audits, periodic reporting, and cross-functional business processes.
What You Will Do
Utilize Teamcenter software to manage work instruction documentation, process customer specifications, create and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and maintain accurate master data and documentation records within applicable company systems.
