Role OverviewThe Master Data Manager is responsible for architecting, governing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across all core domains. The role involves stratifying and codifying data, serving information and insights to company stakeholders through data integration, Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
What You Will Do
The Master Data Manager will approve data warehouse design and master data structures, maintain Business Domain and Systems of Record catalogs, monitor Information Quality, prepare governance recommendations, and coordinate implementation of approved standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in data governance, master data management, and data architecture
- Technical skills developing databases, analytics, and reporting
- Working knowledge of machine learning and Artificial Intelligence tools
- Proven track record implementing enterprise master data governance and cleanup initiatives
- Experience with ERP, CRM, data warehouse, Business Intelligence, MDM, or comparable enterprise systems
- Knowledge of customer stratification, NAICS classification, and enrichment tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate commercial requirements into data architecture
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and change management skills across cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
