Master Data Specialist - Remote

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the analysis, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise master data across SAP and related business systems. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to support operational activities, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects through data analysis, reporting, data quality monitoring, and process improvement.

Analyze master data trends, create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics, perform data analysis, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with various teams to understand data requirements and support business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or ERP support
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, SAP Reporting, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and process improvement methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing business metrics and KPI reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
