Role OverviewProvides master level work in the installation, maintenance, and service of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. Oversees, maintains and repairs all District HVAC/R systems.
What You Will Do
Specific duties include repairing, rebuilding and replacing bearings; operating centrifugal water chillers and pumps; maintaining energy management systems; repairing variable frequency drives; maintaining water treatment controllers, motors, heat exchangers, air conditioning compressors, heating boilers, ventilation and air conditioning systems; ordering and maintaining inventory.

Requirements
- Master level work in HVAC/R systems
- Ability to repair, rebuild and replace bearings
