Job Description
As a Master Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for converting demand and supply plans into an executable master production schedule, translating projected forecasts and work scopes into a production plan, and establishing key performance indicators to measure the accuracy of the master plan.

Requirements

  • Translate projected forecasts (S&OP), incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the accuracy of the master plan.
  • Ensure interaction with functional managers and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
  • Assemble master schedule reports that encompass performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
  • Evaluate current planned levels of demand and create tactical production plans to meet identified customer demand.
