Job Description
Standex International is a global industrial growth company seeking an On-site Master Production Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule aligned to demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory policies.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule
  • Translate demand signals into feasible production plans
  • Ensure adherence to schedule stability and minimize unnecessary plan changes
  • Utilize SAP B1 PP / MRP to generate and manage planned orders and production orders
  • Maintain planning master data
  • Monitor and resolve SAP planning exceptions and data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing leadership to identify bottlenecks and align production capacity
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to align production with customer priorities
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Buyers to ensure material availability
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering on schedule execution and change
