Role OverviewThe Master Production Scheduler / Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating production schedules that support on-time delivery, efficient use of manufacturing resources, and optimal inventory levels. This position coordinates closely with Production, Operations, Purchasing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure that customer demand is translated into realistic and achievable production plans.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, translating customer orders and forecasts into executable production plans, and balancing production requirements with available resources to minimize downtime, overtime, changeovers, and production bottlenecks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, production scheduling, materials planning, supply chain, or a related manufacturing role
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, filters, pivot tables, and production/inventory data
