Role OverviewThe Master Scheduler is responsible for creating a high-level plan that outlines production requirements, quantities, and by specific periods. They oversee the S&OE process within technology clusters to ensure the right products are available to meet customer demand by optimizing resources, minimizing disruptions, and managing inventory levels.
What You Will Do
The Master Scheduler will analyze demand and supply, determine out of balance conditions, identify alternative actions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to understand and reduce internal and customer lead-times.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting in the chemical or retail industry, with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management. They will be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, and have good math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management
- 7+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting in the chemical or retail industry
- APICS certification a plus
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Must have good math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Programs and SAP as an expert user
- Must have the ability to develop process expertise in order to facilitate troubleshooting
- Must be able to maintain an excellent attendance record
- Must be self-motivated and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
