Job Description
Master Service Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of customer equipment, with a focus on leadership and mentoring skills. The position requires adherence to safety policies, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment, and utilization of technology for documentation and communication. The position involves working independently with daily supervision, participating in on-call rotation, and contributing to branch targets for response time and first time fix rates.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
  • Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
  • 1 Year of applicable experience
  • CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
