Job Description
The Behavioral Health Services Provider (BHSP) will work with patients to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders. The BHSP will create individual treatment plans, provide counseling services, and conduct ongoing assessments to ensure quality services are being provided and patients are progressing toward their goals.

Requirements

  • Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Create a treatment plan for patients based on the needs of the individual
  • Provide counseling services using evidenced based practices, within CSO-approved clinical scope of practice
