Job Description
JRI is seeking a Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist to provide community-based services, including family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling, and clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required
  • Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred
  • Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds
  • Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule
  • Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required
