Job Description
We are seeking a Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist to provide community-based services like family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management to families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required.
Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.
Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background.
Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds.
Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule.
Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
