Job Description
The Materials Expeditor serves as the primary point of contact for all aircraft parts required to support the successful completion of commercial aircraft heavy maintenance projects.

Requirements

  • Attend daily status meetings to stay aligned with project needs
  • Review and process pre-draw parts requirements
  • Order pre-draw materials for scheduled and incoming projects
  • Enter all parts and tooling requests into the Corridor ERP system
  • Track and monitor AOG parts for specific projects, ensuring priority handling
  • Coordinate rental or loaned tooling when ComAV inventory is unavailable
  • Provide weekly material status updates on outstanding parts requirements
  • Maintains documentation related to work activities in accordance with regulations and Company policies
