Material Handler - Heavy Equipment Operator

The Material Handler - Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for supplying materials to the boiler, understanding and adjusting fuel type and feed to maximize boiler efficiency, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include receiving, inventory management, feeding the system, unloading materials, emptying material bins, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and performing rotational responsibilities in the Wood yard area and general housekeeping area.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Ability to read and apply content in instruction manuals to repair industrial equipment
• Sense of urgency in operating and maintaining systems and equipment
• Administrative skills for tracking fuel weights and use
