Role OverviewThe Material Handler I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, staging, kitting, and light assembly. This role helps ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently to meet customer and business needs. Success in the first 6–12 months includes consistently producing high-quality work, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting operational priorities.
What You Will Do
Perform various distribution functions, including shipping, picking, packing, labeling, receiving, kitting, and light assembly. Load and unload containers and trailers by hand. Stage products based on customer orders and assist with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Requirements
- High school graduate
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to operate a hand pallet jack
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work overtime when necessary for the business
