Material Handler III - Water Spider

The Water Spider is responsible for understanding the department's processes and needs to provide support to assigned departments such as tracking down parts, resolving issues, and communicating with team members as well as across different departments. This role requires demonstrated understanding of production operations, assisting with lean initiatives, and participating in continuous improvement events. The Water Spider must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

What You Will Do

The Water Spider will be responsible for tracking parts, resolving issues, and communicating with team members. They will also assume some or all lead responsibilities when needed, read and comprehend job orders, bill of materials, blueprints, and schematic drawings. Additionally, they will assist with lean initiatives, participate in continuous improvement events, and maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
