Role OverviewAs a Material Handler III, you will be responsible for executing loading and unloading of goods, managing documentation, and delivering raw materials and goods to designated locations in the plants. You will also be responsible for deconsolidating, re-packing, storing, retrieving, and executing internal transports, as well as tracking and overseeing products and transports in the IT system. You will follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing loading and unloading of goods, preparing deliveries of products and tours for drivers, delivering raw materials and goods to designated locations, deconsolidating and re-packing goods, and tracking and overseeing products and transports in the IT system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of material handling experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and basic computer knowledge and MS office skills. You should be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English, have good visual acuity, and be able to regularly lift heavy objects if required. You will be a good fit if you have experience working with IT & SAP systems, the ability to operate transportation machinery, and multiple years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
