Role OverviewThe Material Handler will play an important role in the safe and efficient movement of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals throughout the facility. The role involves hands-on work, working alongside experienced plant personnel, and receiving ongoing training designed to help develop skills and advance toward a Technician Level 2 position.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading chemicals, performing daily material handling and shipping/receiving activities, collecting and handling material samples, conducting physical inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability and willingness to successfully complete required training
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Ability to climb stairs and safely use ladders
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
