Job Description
Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee the flow of donated goods throughout the production area, supporting individual production areas with incoming material and removal of salvage and trash. The successful candidate will have 1 year production or warehouse experience, working knowledge of material handling practices, and minimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Coordinate the efforts of the Dock and Staging staff with production areas, transportation, and the Production Manager
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other production departments
  • Write periodic performance reviews for all reporting personnel
  • Audit quality decisions of material moving to salvage and to the production floor
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Uphold safe work practices in support of a safety culture through awareness and observation
  • Requisition production supplies as needed and maintain inventories on hand
  • Perform other duties as assigned
