Role OverviewThe Material Handling & Packaging Designer will work on the production floor and partner with the Supply Chain Project Manager to optimize material pipeline for heavy industrial manufacturing lines. The role will bridge the gap between domestic and cross-border suppliers, warehouse logistics, and the production floor.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include project execution, cross-border supplier packaging validation, corrosion and high-density protection, warehouse-to-line kitting design, and lean lineside presentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural packaging design, material handling, or industrial logistics
- High proficiency with 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Artios CAD)
- Lean & Testing Knowledge: Direct experience working in a Lean production environment (JIT flows) and strong familiarity with ISTA packaging compliance testing
- Project Coordination: Demonstrated capability to follow through on logistics project timelines and coordinate effectively across multi-functional teams
