Job Description
The Material Logistics Specialist is responsible for identifying logistics needs, determining operational improvements, and designing performance indexes. They will also provide responses to consumers related to logistics processes, sustain expenditure plans, and assess the potency of logistical activities. Additionally, they will instruct logistics examination experts and create various restrictions for material-handling and equipment systems.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree plus 1-3 years relevant experience or 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Engineering, Engineering technologies, or Supply Chain Management and 2+ years of related experience
  • Related work experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • ISO / Lean principles process management
  • Experience with engineering analytics and cost planning
  • Experience building data toward long term cost planning
  • Experience supporting budgeting process
