Job Description
Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence and is seeking a Material Manager to manage the company's datacenter and infrastructure supply chain. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with technical curiosity and has experience with hardware procurement, logistics, and automation.

Requirements

  • Own the end-to-end tracking of hardware purchase orders across datacenter MEP and infrastructure compute, storage, and networking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with hardware vendors and logistics partners
  • Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to give infrastructure and finance teams real-time visibility into what's on order, what's in transit, and what's at risk
  • Automate recurring data-gathering workflows to reduce manual overhead and increase signal fidelity
  • Coordinate inbound logistics with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and data center receiving teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
