Role OverviewThe Material Program Manager will work closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirements. This role will create, manage, and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance.
What You Will Do
The Material Program Manager will provide Supply Chain support for RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management), participate in weekly supplier engagements, and maintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs' schedule within that environment.

Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, and/or program management role
- Minimum 5 years experience working with suppliers
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
