Role OverviewThe Materials Coordinator provides professional support in the areas of supply processing, distribution, purchasing, receiving and inventory management. The primary objective is to manage and control the flow of supplies and equipment from acquisition to disposition.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include placing material/implant orders, organizing tissue logs, checking expiration dates, restocking supplies, monitoring upcoming surgical cases, communicating with reps, organizing loaner equipment, and assisting colleagues with moving equipment in and out of OR rooms between cases.
