Role OverviewThe Materials Lead is a hands-on, working lead responsible for coordinating and executing daily material flow activities across the manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role ensures that materials are available, replenished, and controlled to support production needs throughout the facility.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and support daily material flow activities, monitor material availability, shortages, and replenishment needs, and respond to urgent production material requests.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in materials, inventory, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to operate material handling equipment as required
- Strong understanding of production support material flow, replenishment, and inventory movement processes
- Experience working within ERP systems to support material transactions and inventory movement
