Job Description
We are seeking a Materials Manager to lead the materials team, drive process excellence, and optimize inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, operations, or engineering, and experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM. They will be responsible for developing a high-performing team, improving safety and quality, and driving sustainable process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations roles
5–7 years of direct people leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Proven track record of delivering results through Lean/CI initiatives
Experience with international supply chains, multi-site operations, and global affiliates
