Requirements

  • Tune process parameters to improve performance.
  • Assist in quality control and process improvement for scale-up.
  • Develop surface characterization and metallographic inspection methods.
  • Perform electron and optical microscopy analysis.
  • Develop mechanical testing methods.
  • Design and carry out Design of Experiments.
  • Develop data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting on quality metrics.
