Role OverviewAs a Materials Supervisor, you will drive change using TMS principles to improve material production flow while supervising Shipping and Receiving personnel, Material Handlers, and Subcage personnel. You will coordinate warehouse runs, plan material moves, and participate in lean events related to material movement.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include developing material processes, arranging in-plant transfers, supervising personnel, and continuously improving equipment utilization. You will also assist in establishing key metrics and hold team members accountable.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of prior experience
- Minimum one year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- APICS application/certification – preferred
- Understanding of ERP planning systems
