Materials Test Technician at Antioch Warehouse

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) preferred
• Working knowledge of mobile devices including but not limited to cell phones and tablets
• Ability to learn new programs and software with generalized training
• Working knowledge of Windows OS
• Working knowledge of IOS
• Functional ability to use MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of home networking including but not limited to navigating routers
• Ability to actively use available resources to find solutions
• General knowledge of computers and related peripherals
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and rules
• Work under limited supervision
• General knowledge of proper sanitization and health guidelines as they apply to resending phones, accessories, & etc. to the public
• General knowledge in technical writing
• Basic knowledge of VPN and firewalls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
• Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)
