Job Description

Requirements

  • Guides expectant parents through the labor/delivery and postpartum units of the hospital, familiarizing them with the facility
  • Provides instruction based on specified Inova tour curriculum
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of content during maternity tours
  • Maintains knowledge of touring hospital guidelines, procedures and processes
  • Gathers and communicates participant and site contact feedback to the program manager
