Requirements

  • Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
  • Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
  • Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.

Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: In-Person Programs: $27/hr - $30 h/r, Plus: The opportunity to earn a program completion bonus of up to 10% of your total program earnings.
