Role OverviewLead member experience and ensure smooth daily operations at Bent Tree Country Club. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable moments for our membership while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
What You Will Do
Assist with member relations, conduct FOH staff training, work closely with F&B managers, manage seating flow, handle house reservations, supervise front-of-house staff, control ambiance elements, and create memorable moments for guests.
