Role OverviewThe Mattel Retail Team Associate will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during the busiest holiday season. This role can open the door to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.
What You Will Do
As a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll be responsible for brand ambassadorship, collaborating with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements, unpacking cases of various Mattel toys, merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor, and executing special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https://Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy)
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
