Role OverviewAs a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season.
What You Will Do
Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products, collaborate with lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements, unpack cases of various Mattel toys, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, construct & deconstruct store fixtures, implement point of purchase materials, and execute special projects.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Reliable internet access
- Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach, walk for long periods of time, climb ladders up to 12’ tall, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs, operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
