Role OverviewAs a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers. You'll work a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. This job can open the door to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.
What You Will Do
Your impact will be as a brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products. You'll collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, and execute special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser
- Access to reliable internet
- Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
