Role OverviewAs a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. You'll be a brand ambassador, collaborate with your lead to secure prime product placements, and execute special projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include unpacking cases of various Mattel toys, merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor, constructing and deconstructing store fixtures, and implementing point of purchase materials.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
