Role OverviewAs a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. We are looking for enthusiastic temporary team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to drive results and make magic happen this holiday season!
What You Will Do
Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products, collaborate with lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements, unpack cases of various Mattel toys, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, construct & deconstruct store fixtures, implement point of purchase materials, and execute special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy)
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
